From the seller: “Vintage 1980 Rhodes Mark II Suitcase piano with the speaker cabinet
This is identical in every way to a Mark I except for the all black name rail cosmetic change. This is the FR7710 amplifier that is a huge improvement over the early suitcase models though. 100W stereo.
Everything works. No dead keys or pickups. The keys have all been removed for thorough cleaning and adjustment. The piano plays great.
The only “issue” with this piano is that all of the tone bars have noticeable surface rust on them. It is 100% functional the way it is. But if someone took the time to clean all the tone bars, it might sound different. I like the way it sounds right now, so I didn’t mess with it. Just being as transparent about the condition as I can.
The top is a round top, not the original square top. The top has some scratches on it, but it’s black, so from 5 feet away, pretty tough to notice.
No case lid is included at this price. But if you are not planning to gig this piano, you probably won’t ever need it.
