Vintage RCA 74 (MI-4010-A) ribbon mic from the 1930s. These were the first of the 74 line, made before the 74-A and B models. A classic broadcast-era microphone with tons of character and history.
This one was recently serviced by Cole Picks Vintage on 11/12/25, including a new ribbon installation and a new XLR cable, so it’s ready to plug in and use. Sounds smooth and warm like you’d expect from a classic RCA ribbon.
Great piece for studio recording, collectors, or anyone looking for that authentic vintage ribbon tone."
