Good condition. Hard to find and sought after compact upright piano originally built for apartments. 3rd owner, belonged to an elderly woman who then passed it down to her grandaughter, and has been in East Nashville since 2020. Plays great and will need a routine tuning after transportation. Local technician Simeon Church is highly recommended as he is reputable and very affordable - he also enjoys working on Melodigrand pianos!
The Melodigrand contains all the normal keys of a normal 88-key piano, except for the very top and very bottom octaves, giving it a unique voice and sonic footprint, which many studio producers and players seek!
Both the bottom panel, top lid, and front wood panel all remove for several tonal options for recording and playing. Includes piano bench. Price includes local Nashville, TN delivery.
